At present the MSA algorithm developed takes a total of two hours and 40 minutes in order to find a convergence when tested upon the bus network for the City of Cape Town.  

The code's long time to reach a convergence renders it infeasible in terms of incorporating the code into the bus network operations frequency optimisation genetic algorithm developed by Nnene (2014).  The work presented in this research project can eashily be extended to incorporate a Frank-Wolfe algorithm however, which would speed up the convergence of the MSA codes that were developed.
